WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TELLER / CSR
- Assist customers with a wide variety of deposit products and services.
- Become knowledgeable in FSB's product and service offerings, and be a credible advisor by proactively identifying and recommending appropriate products and services to benefit the customer financially.
- Assist customers with various financial transactions at the teller line (Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, cashier checks, etc.).
- Assist customers with account opening, routine customer maintenance, electronic services (digital banking, debit card, credit card), and various other services.
- Be committed to providing personalized customer service and attention, striving to be the only bank our customer chooses.
