Full-time Dining Room Server

Reports To: Dining Room Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly wages)

Hours: Full-time Mid-shift Needed Immediately - Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Basic Purpose: In keeping with Woodlands’ tradition, we seek to enhance the quality of life and holistic growth of older persons by providing high quality service in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to attain goals.

Job Summary: The Main Dining Room Server serves food and drinks to Independent Living residents in the main dining room. Candidates should be cheerful and motivated to assist older residents. The Main Dining Room Server contributes to the overall cleanup after each meal and ensures the facility is ready for the next meal.

Performs other appropriate related and unrelated assigned duties.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification: Food Handlers’ permit preferred

Experience: Experience preferred but no required; Job training provided

Zero Tolerance: Successfully pass background and drug test
