Alto Clermont is looking for a warm, dependable Full-Time Dining Server to join our team. With consistent morning hours ending at 3pm — you'll have your afternoons free and spend your mornings making a genuine difference for residents who truly appreciate your care and service.
What You'll Do:
Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it
Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish
Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have experience working with seniors — preferred

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility
Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
Food serving experience preferred.
