《Job Responsibilities》

1. Teach an average of 15–28 hours per week.
2. Co-teach with Taiwanese teachers and work with students aged 6–12.
3. Prepare and teach lessons using the CTL/Joy English curriculum, and provide feedback on students’ recorded homework.
4. Serve as a substitute teacher when needed.
5. Participate in new teacher training, classroom observations, and teaching workshops.

《Training Program & Salary Structure》

#Training Period (First Three Months)

• Month 1: Approximately 15 teaching hours per week — NT$40,000/month
• Month 2: Approximately 17 teaching hours per week — NT$46,000/month
• Month 3: Approximately 19 teaching hours per week — NT$51,000/month

#Regular Teaching Schedule

• 20–22 teaching hours/week: NT$54,000–59,000/month
• 23–25 teaching hours/week: NT$61,000–67,000/month
• 26–28 teaching hours/week: NT$70,000–80,000/month

Teaching hours are assigned based on school needs, student enrollment, and teaching performance.

《Requirements》

1. Native-level English speaker from an English-speaking country.
2. At least one year of classroom teaching experience.
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
4. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
5. Willingness to participate in training and follow the school’s teaching system and policies.

《What YunChia Education Offers》

1. Guaranteed minimum of 20 teaching hours per week starting from the fourth month of employment (subject to teaching performance and scheduling needs).
2. NT$10,000 contract completion bonus upon successfully completing the first year of employment.
3. Paid annual leave in accordance with Taiwan Labor Standards Act after six months of employment.
4. Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance.
5. Assistance with Work Permit and ARC applications. Government application fees are the teacher’s responsibility.
