• Salary: NT$50,000 – NT$75,000 / month (based on experience & performance)

Qualifications & Working Conditions

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience

(experience with children or elementary-level students preferred)

• Fluent English proficiency (near-native or equivalent level)

Teaching Environment

• Small class size (approximately 16 students per class)
• Working hours: 12:00–21:00, including a 1-hour break

Your Role

1. Deliver Purposeful, Immersive English Instruction

• Teach full-English lessons covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Plan structured, objective-driven lessons while adapting to student needs
• Use age-appropriate strategies such as guided discussions, role-play, learning games, and real-life media
• School curriculum is provided; professional judgment and thoughtful customization are expected

2. Support Measurable Student Growth

• Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Design assessments and review activities aligned with student development
• Help students transition from comprehension to confident language use

3. Maintain a Structured, Supportive Classroom

• Set clear expectations with warmth and consistency
• Encourage natural English use without fear of mistakes
• Handle classroom challenges calmly and professionally

4. Contribute as a Professional Team Member

• Participate in student documentation and parent communication
• Engage in team meetings, training, and teaching discussions
• Collaborate with leadership in a culture where professional judgment is respected

Educational Background

• Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds will be considered if strong teaching competence is demonstrated

Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)

• Teaching upper elementary or mixed-level classes
• Background in drama, debate, storytelling, or creative instruction
• Experience in bilingual or international school environments
