• Singapore Citizen or PR only
• Proficient in both English & Chinese
• Hardworking, responsible, and punctual
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident with a loud, clear speaking voice
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong teamwork and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a themed and immersive environment
• Experience in retail, F&B, customer service, or entertainment is an advantage (training provided)
⚠️ We’re looking for someone who is energetic, quick on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is not suitable for those who prefer a slower-paced workplace.

💼 Job Responsibilities
• Welcome and brief customers before their games
• Host and monitor escape room experiences
• Provide hints and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
• Perform room resets between games
• Handle bookings, cashier duties, and customer enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure all game rooms are ready for operation
• Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
