Environment Control, a leading commercial cleaning company, is hiring a Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager to lead and support our teams in:
Coverage Areas:
Must be flexible and comfortable traveling between the Carnegie and Ross Township facilities as needed to support staff, inspections, training, and site operationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work evenings (start after 5:00PM, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous cleaning industry experience preferred
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations, current personal auto insurance, and an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs

About the Role:
This is a hands-on management position that requires leading by example and actively supporting your team. In addition to supervising operations, you will perform cleaning duties as needed, including training new employees, covering vacant shifts, and providing ongoing support to staff. Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, managing inventory and supplies, completing nightly reports, and ensuring all assigned facilities meet company standards.
Cleaning duties may include trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and other general janitorial tasks. This position involves regular physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
