Addus HomeCare in Harrison, AR is looking for an RN who wants to continue making a difference while enjoying something that can be hard to find in nursing:

This is a non-skilled Personal Care Services role. While you do need an active Arkansas RN license, you won’t be carrying a traditional skilled home health caseload.

Instead, you’ll use your nursing knowledge to oversee quality, complete assessments and supervisory visits, support caregivers, and help ensure our clients receive the care they deserve.

What Will You Do?

You’ll still get to use the skills that made you an amazing nurse, just in a different way.

You will:

• Conduct client assessments and develop plans of care
• Complete supervisory visits with personal care staff and aides
• Monitor client needs and changes in condition
• Educate and support clients and caregivers
• Coordinate care with clients, families, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support quality and compliance initiatives
• Partner with office staff and caregivers to keep services running smoothly

Who Are We Looking For?

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Good documentation and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Ability to travel locally within the service area

Even better if you have experience in:

• Home care
• Personal care
• Case management
• Community-based services
• Caregiver supervision or leadership
