Full Time -Lead Cleaner -Loudon, TN (NASH)

We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian to be a lead cleaner. We are a looking for a rock star worker that is willing to do what it takes. Must be hungry and ready to prove yourself.

Location: Loudon, TN, 37774

Shift Days: Monday to Friday, start and end times may vary based on business needs.

The Lead Cleaner will oversee cleaning operations and help ensure out team meets company and client expectations. The Team Lead will support cleaners , help maintain quality standard and communicate with supervisors and management regarding daily operations.

This job requires travel in the area, so you must have a good reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to new accounts everyday. You will be compensated for travel expenses.

You will be cleaning accounts that need extra staff. You will also be cleaning when cleaners are on vacation, call in sick or need time off. You will play a key role in cleaning new accounts.

Required:

• 3 years of experience as a commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian
• Willingness to work evening shifts, flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Lead and support a team of cleaning employees
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to company and client standards
• Train and assist new employees with cleaning procedures and company expectations
• Communicate with supervisors and management regarding staffing, supplies, schedule changes and any issues at the account
• Great attitude and work ethic

Preferred but not required

• 5 years of experience as commercial cleaning
• Experienced with floor stripping / waxing
• Experienced with carpet cleaning
• Experienced with Window Cleaning

• Increased pay rate is available for bilingual Spanish / English
