Garfield Counseling Center is a SAMHSA-certified, CARF 3-Year Accredited Opioid Treatment Program and nonprofit serving the Chicago community. We’re hiring a Full-Time LCSW to join a newly funded initiative that integrates behavioral health treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), peer recovery support, and workforce development.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct biopsychosocial and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment and recovery plans
• Provide individual and group counseling using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches
• Coordinate care with our PMHNP, Medical Director, Peer Recovery Specialist, and workforce partner
• Deliver crisis intervention, relapse prevention, discharge planning, and community referrals
• Help participants address behavioral health barriers to employment and long-term recovery
• Maintain clinical documentation and support GPRA/SPARS, CQI, and fidelity monitoring

What you bring:

• Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing
• 2+ years serving adults with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders
• Experience with evidence-based practice, integrated care, and crisis intervention preferred
