Full-Time or Part-Time Law Student: Condominium Litigation Support (Remote)

I'm seeking a motivated law student to assist with a complex condominium matter involving a forensic audit and pending litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize financial and discovery records
  
• Cross-reference documents against source records and Bates numbers
  
• Assist with legal research on condominium and related statutes
  
• Help draft and format discovery documents and court filings
  
• Track court deadlines, hearings and filings
  

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in law school (2L or 3L preferred)
  
• Strong legal research and writing skills
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
  
• Able to follow instructions exactly and work independently
  
• Spanish a plus
  

Details:

• Hours: full time (about 40 per week) preferred; part time (10–20 per week) also considered
  
• Pay: hourly, to be discussed
  
• Location: fully remote, open to applicants anywhere in the world
  
• Schedule: some overlap with U.S. Eastern time required
