Summary
Permanent on-site helpdesk support role in Changi South (East Singapore), S$2,800–3,300/month plus AWS and variable bonus. Daily work: MIS operations, global ticket entry, phone system support, desktop support, remote support for offices across US, Asia, Europe and South America, plus hardware/software procurement.
Salary: $2,800 – $3,300 per month

⏰Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.
Phone system support
Global User Ticket Entry
User Desktop Support for Costa Rica (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)
Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Asia, Europe, South America)
Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.
Job Requirements:
Relevant qualification or studies in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
Prior experience in Helpdesk or IT Support is preferred.
