Both communities offer assisted living, memory care, on-site rehabilitation, and supportive, resident-centered environments where therapy professionals can build meaningful relationships and make a direct impact on residents’ wellness and independence. This split position provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across two distinct settings while enjoying the variety, professional growth, and rewarding relationships that come with serving residents throughout their wellness journeys.
