Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the healthcare team at the Marathon County Jail in Wisconsin.
You'll work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend, while providing meaningful care to an underserved population.

🩺 What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Provide routine nursing services, sick call, and chronic care
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate provider
- Provide patient education and support
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare and correctional teams
- Promote a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment
- Practice within your professional scope, licensure, and established clinical guidelines
