Full-Time School-Based Opportunity
Help Students Move Forward
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support students in a South Carolina school setting. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated PT who wants to help students improve mobility, develop physical abilities, and participate more fully in school activities through individualized, student-centered services.
Work alongside educators and school support professionals to address students’ physical needs, promote safe movement throughout the school environment, and support progress toward educational goals.
Position Outline
- Support safe mobility, positioning, transfers, and access to school activities as appropriate.
- Evaluate students’ mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional movement needs.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and environmental modifications when needed.
- Contribute to IEP planning and collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers.
- Monitor student progress, adjust treatment strategies, and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
- Develop and deliver individualized physical therapy interventions based on student needs and educational goals.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Completion of required clinical education and supervised experience.
- Previous pediatric or school-based physical therapy experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Current, active South Carolina physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure. A valid license is required before practicing.
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and satisfaction of applicable South Carolina licensure requirements.
