The Village at Penn State, one of the area's premier independent living communities, is looking for a friendly and dependable Full-Time Server to join our dining team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent service, and creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule

Full-Time

Monday–Friday

Split Shift: 10:30 AM–2:00 PM / 3:30 PM–7:30 PM

Weekends as needed

What You'll Do

Provide friendly, attentive service to residents during mealtimes.

Become familiar with daily menus and assist residents with their dining needs.

Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders.

Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally.

Set up and maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.

Complete opening and closing side work.

Work as part of a supportive team to create an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Dependable and team-oriented.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work a split shift Monday–Friday.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Restaurant or serving experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
