Retail Sales Assistant (SHIFT WORK)
Job Hours:
- Shiftwork with 2 shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour of lunch break)
- 5 days work week, 1 work day to be on weekend.
Job Scope includes:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Recommend suitable products and explain their usage and preparation.
- Operate the POS system and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately.
- Pack, weigh, label, and prepare customer purchases and delivery orders.
- Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels, and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and daily store operations.
- Learn and maintain product knowledge on herbs, dried seafood, bird's nest, mushrooms, teas, and seasonal products.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
