💰 Salary: $2,300–$3,000 per month, depending on experience, with performance bonuses
🗓 Work Days: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
Working Hours
Weekdays:
• 1:00 PM–9:30 PM; or
• 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Weekends:
• 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are currently looking for a responsible and caring Full-Time Student Care Tutor to join our Tampines team.
This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with children and are confident in supervising students, supporting their schoolwork and maintaining a safe and organised learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Student Care and Supervision
• Maintain a safe, positive and organised environment for students
• Supervise students during study periods, breaks and centre activities
• Guide students in developing good study habits, responsibility and independence
• Manage student behaviour calmly and consistently
• Ensure students follow the centre’s daily routines and expectations
Homework and Academic Support
• Supervise and assist students with their school homework
• Check that homework and assigned tasks are completed properly
• Explain concepts clearly when students require additional support
• Provide academic guidance in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science and Chinese
• Conduct revision, enrichment or small-group tuition sessions when required
Student Development
• Identify students who require additional academic or behavioural support
• Encourage students and help them build confidence in their learning
• Monitor students’ progress, participation and overall development
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students
Parent Communication
• Provide parents with appropriate updates on homework completion, behaviour and academic progress
• Communicate student concerns clearly and professionally
• Help build parent confidence through consistent care and reliable student support
Centre Operations
• Assist with preparing worksheets, teaching materials and student activities
• Support student attendance, dismissal and scheduling arrangements
• Maintain accurate student records when required
• Assist with general administrative duties and daily centre operations
• Help maintain a clean, safe and conducive learning environment

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:
• Diploma or degree holders; applicants with relevant education or student-care qualifications are preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably experienced in teaching, tutoring, childcare or student care
• Able to support Primary-level English, Mathematics, Science and basic Chinese schoolwork
• Patient, responsible and genuinely interested in working with children
• Confident in managing groups of students
• Able to communicate clearly with students, parents and colleagues
• Organised, dependable and consistent in following centre routines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to commit until the end of the academic year
