Full Time Technician
Job Summary
You will diagnose and repair laptop and desktop hardware and software issues, replace key components, install and troubleshoot operating systems, and support data backup and migration. You will communicate technical issues clearly and collaborate effectively with your team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues independently to restore device functionality
- Replace laptop and desktop components including LCD screens, batteries, keyboards, SSD/HDD, RAM, cooling fans, hinges, and DC charging ports
- Install and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems to ensure system stability
- Perform data backup and data migration tasks to protect and transfer user data
- Apply thermal paste and replace thermal pads to maintain optimal device cooling
- Organize and manage cables neatly to support device maintenance and repair quality
- Communicate technical issues clearly to customers to facilitate understanding and resolution
- Continuously learn and apply new repair techniques to improve service quality
- Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork to contribute to a productive work environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience repairing laptops and desktop PCs or equivalent strong technical skills for fresh graduates
