Working Days : Mon to Fri , Alt Sat

The Job:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Train and support new team members.
• Liaise with customers to resolve operational issues.
• Plan to meet daily workload and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet KPIs.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes.
• Prepare basic operational reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

The Talent:

• Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Good spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
