Full-time Warranty Administrator
Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-time Warranty Administrator to join our team in Frankfort, IL. In this role, you will manage warranty claims and ensure timely processing and reimbursement. You will serve as a vital link between our service department, customers, and manufacturers to maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims accurately and promptly.
- Communicate with manufacturers and service technicians to resolve warranty issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and correspondence.
- Assist in inventory management of warranty parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
- Support service department staff with warranty-related inquiries and documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
