Job Summary
Join Godmama as a full-time Service Crew member to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders and inventory, and maintain a welcoming dining space at Parkway Parade.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly to create a comfortable dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly
- Monitor tables to identify and resolve any service issues quickly
- Handle cash transactions and prepare beverages efficiently
- Manage daily inventory to ensure stock levels meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Demonstrate teamwork and positive energy during busy service periods
- Show eagerness to learn and adapt through provided training
