At GP DIGITAL we are looking for a Fullstack profile with experience in backend, frontend and microservices, capable of taking solutions from design to deployment, incorporating LLMs, RAG and intelligent agents in enterprise environments with products from the IBM Ecosystem

What you'll do

• Design and develop fullstack applications, participating in the entire software lifecycle.
• Build REST APIs and scalable microservices with Java/Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Develop web interfaces with React, Angular and TypeScript.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions and LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Implement RAG solutions, embeddings, semantic search and vector databases.
• Develop intelligent agents and assistants.
• Integrate SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in the deployment and maintenance of applications in Cloud environments.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply best practices in development, testing, security and observability.
• Collaborate with architecture, AI, DevOps and business teams under Agile/Scrum methodologies.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 Years of experience as a developer
• Experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Experience in frontend development with React, Angular or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and REST API design.
• Experience or practical knowledge in LLM integration and Generative Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with IBM watsonx, CP4D, LangChain, LLM/RAG, Confluent/Kafka and Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Best practices in programming, testing and code quality.
• Ability to work in a team and participate in the full development cycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Development of intelligent agents and assistants.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Redis.
• Experience with distributed systems, observability and API security.
• Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
