Responsibilities
- Perform requirement analysis and prepare test scenarios, cases, data, and scripts
- Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing
- Conduct REST API testing and database validation using SQL
- Track defects, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare testing reports
- Collaborate with Developers, BAs, POs, PMs, Infra/DevOps, and business users
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Software QA / Software Tester
- Automation with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC; familiar with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall
- Proficient in Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and End-to-End testing
- Able to prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Test Scripts from requirement analysis
- Hands-on REST API testing with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar
- Proficient in SQL for database testing; familiar with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect tracking tools
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and automated testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and communication skills
- Plus: performance testing (JMeter, k6) and security testing basics (OWASP Top 10)
