FullStack Developer - AI-Enabled Development

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Full-Stack Developer with AI capabilities to design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, experience with Python and Java, and an understanding of front-end and back-end development, databases, APIs, and application deployment.

The candidate should be able to develop end-to-end applications and effectively use AI tools to accelerate development, improve existing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications across different platforms.
• Build front-end interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Work with Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and relevant frameworks.
• Integrate third-party services and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Use AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, generate and improve code, debug issues, and optimize existing applications.
• Leverage AI to improve software quality, automate repetitive tasks, and solve technical challenges.
• Explore and integrate AI APIs, language models, and AI-powered features where required.
• Use Docker for application containerization and deployment. Work with Git, databases, testing tools, and standard software development practices.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Independently learn new AI technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Skills Required

• 4 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT.
• Strong programming knowledge in Python and Java.
• Understanding of front-end technologies, backend development, REST APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, application testing, debugging, and secure coding practices.
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and a willingness to learn AI/ML concepts and integrations.
• Ability to use AI to build new features, improve existing applications, and increase development productivity.
• Openness to working on web, desktop, mobile, enterprise, and other application types.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
