YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and maintain Full Stack Java applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Develop and enhance microservices-based solutions following clean code principles and best practices.
Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations teams to deliver business value.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and production issues.
Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities (SAST, container scanning, dependency scanning, penetration testing).
Drive secure coding practices and improve the security posture of internet-facing applications.
Support CI/CD processes using Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins for efficient software delivery.
Optimize application performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
Create and maintain technical documentation (solution designs, operational documentation, implementation guidelines).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development, automation, quality assurance, and security.
Work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional Agile team.
Leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and vulnerability remediation.
Explore and adopt AI agents and intelligent automation solutions to enhance software delivery and business value.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience and ability to test changes.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
Experience with Angular and Angular Material.
Knowledge of Kafka and SQL databases.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to resolve SAST, container scan, and security vulnerabilities.
Understanding of secure coding and OWASP principles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
English (B1+/B2 or higher).
Basic knowledge of AI tools or willingness to explore.
NICE-TO-HAVE
Experience in banking, cards, or payments domain.
Familiarity with cloud platforms.
DevSecOps and vulnerability management experience.
Performance tuning and application monitoring skills.
Technical mentoring and coaching experience.
