Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Feed API: pagination, payload shape, caching.
• Video delivery: ingest, transcode handoff, time to first frame.
• Flutter feed, both platforms: virtualisation, preloading, controller disposal, smooth scroll on bad networks.
• The rest of the Django backend, plus admin tooling the content team uses daily.
• Something breaks on a live app; you find out why.
• Vertical video is the product, so playback and load time are not polish.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience.
• Python, Django, or close enough.
• Something you built in Flutter that runs.
• Shipped something people used.
• GitHub with history spread over time.
• Have measured why something was slow instead of guessing.
• Use AI daily, catch what it gets wrong.
