IV. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mid-Level FullStack Developer with approximately 3–5 years of commercial softwaredevelopment experience to join a growing software team supporting an Australianhealthcare technology business.

This role focuses on the development ofmodern web applications rather than hardware or embedded systems. You'll workacross both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to the design,development, testing, and maintenance of scalable applications whilecollaborating with Australian team members through written communication andagile development practices.

V. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintainscalable web applications using Python and React.


• Build and maintain backend servicesusing FastAPI or a similar Python framework.


• Develop responsive frontendapplications using React and TypeScript.


• Design, build, and integrate RESTfulAPIs.


• Write and maintain automated tests aspart of the software development lifecycle.


• Collaborate with the Australiandevelopment team through written communication and Azure DevOps workflows.


• Work independently from user storiesand development tickets with minimal supervision.


• Participate in code reviews, pullrequests, and continuous integration processes.


• Contribute to improving softwarequality, performance, and maintainability.


• Document technical solutions andcontribute to project documentation when required.

VI. REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Approximately 3–5 years of commercialexperience as a Full Stack Developer.


• Strong experience with Python backenddevelopment using FastAPI or a similar framework.


• Solid frontend development experienceusing React, with TypeScript preferred.


• Experience designing and integratingREST APIs.


• Experience writing automated tests aspart of regular software delivery.


• Strong proficiency with Git versioncontrol.


• Excellent written Englishcommunication skills.


• Ability to work independently fromdevelopment tickets with minimal supervision.


• Availability to work duringPhilippine business hours with overlap to Australian working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (orequivalent cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform).


• Familiarity with Azure DevOps,including repositories, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.


• Experience working with MicrosoftTeams and Microsoft 365.


• Previous experience working withAustralian clients.


• Experience in healthcare technologyor other regulated industries.
