- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces with Next.js and React.
- Develop robust backend services using Golang and Java (Spring Boot).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide sustainable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field.
- 3-7 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Strong experience with Next.js, Golang / Java (Spring Boot).
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
- Willing to join ASAP.
