The project focuses on building an AI-powered platform that automates complex audit workflows and helps

auditors complete reviews faster and more accurately. It combines intelligent agents, workflow automation,

and intuitive interfaces to improve compliance, risk assessment, and financial audit processes. We're

looking for an experienced software engineer who can transform sophisticated audit processes into intuitive

products that auditors depend on every day. You'll move between whatever layers a challenge requires,

whether that's designing data models, building user interfaces, or developing the underlying AI agents and

services. Many of the problems are entirely new, with no established blueprint to follow. You should be

comfortable exploring unfamiliar territory, making thoughtful technical decisions, and delivering practical

first versions that solve real customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the user-facing tools auditors rely on every day, working closely with designers to transform complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Design, enhance, and maintain the AI agents that power the product, along with the supporting frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and testing infrastructure around them.
• Ensure long-running processes are dependable, observable, and easy to troubleshoot, allowing issues to be identified and resolved quickly instead of going unnoticed.
• Use AI extensively to improve your own productivity while maintaining a high standard of engineering quality and taking full ownership of everything you deliver.
• Contribute to technical direction by shaping implementation approaches in RFCs and engineering discussions, while collaborating with the product team to define the right solutions and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering production-ready web applications across both frontend and backend.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable APIs, along with data models that perform reliably in multi-tenant, high-traffic environments.
• Strong FE engineering skills with experience building sophisticated, interactive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of modern LLM-based systems, including AI agents, tool integration, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
• A habit of staying current with advances in AI and incorporating new tools into your daily workflow to improve productivity without compromising quality.
• A product-oriented approach, taking ownership from implementation through business impact.
• Confidence making architectural decisions, evaluating technical trade-offs, and creating solutions that remain maintainable and extensible for other engineers.
• The ability to thrive in uncertain environments, breaking down unfamiliar problems and developing practical solutions without relying on existing patterns.

Nice-to-haves

• Practical experience developing AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or evaluation and testing pipelines.
• Experience building enterprise B2B platforms with complex workflows or large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of scaling multi-tenant applications as customer usage, traffic, and datasets increase.
• Familiarity with domains such as auditing, finance, compliance, or other industries where accuracy and
• reliability are essential.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or other fast-paced engineering organizations.
