Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, React.js, databases, DevOps, Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud technologies.

The candidate must also have hands-on exposure to AI tools and should be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.js.
• Develop robust backend services using Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop persistence layers using Hibernate and Spring Data JPA.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other RDBMS for application data management.
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement frontend applications using Redux/Flux, HTML, CSS, Material UI, and Radix UI.
• Implement secure applications using Spring Security and industry-standard security practices.
• Develop and integrate event-driven services using Apache Kafka.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads using Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Use Git for source code management and Maven/Gradle for build automation.
• Deploy and support applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP, with exposure to AWS/Azure.
• Monitor application health and performance using monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, deployment, and production issues.
• Leverage AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, code optimization, and developer productivity.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Strong frontend experience with React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Production experience with Kubernetes is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kafka, Git, and CI/CD.
• Good experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other RDBMS.
• Exposure to GCP is preferred; AWS/Azure experience is also acceptable.
• AI tools exposure is mandatory.
