Job Summary
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Golang (Backend) and working experience of React (Frontend). The ideal candidate should have experience developing, scaling and optimising high-performance applications, preferably handling platforms with 10M+ users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
- Build REST APIs, business logic, integrations and data-processing workflows.
- Work on frontend development and integration using React.
- Optimise application performance, API response times, database queries and resource utilisation.
- Develop and maintain applications supporting 10M+ users.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks and concurrency-related challenges.
- Work with databases, caching mechanisms and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and application architecture decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) and backend development.
- Working experience of React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend applications.
- Experience working on production applications serving 10M+ users.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency and multithreading.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling and query optimisation.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, caching and asynchronous processing.
- Proficiency in Git, debugging and automated testing.
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ or other message queues.
- Experience with monitoring, logging and application performance optimisation.
- Experience handling high-traffic applications and large-scale datasets.
