Summary
Fullstack Developer building and maintaining scalable web applications for INOVVIO's Trade Hub suite, using ReactJS on the front-end and Python (Flask) on the back-end. Day to day involves coding, collaborating with product/design teams, optimizing performance, applying security practices, and participating in code reviews.

As a Full stack Developer at INOVVIO, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using ReactJS for the front-end and Python (Flask) for the back-end. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across our INOVVIO Trade Hub suite
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications : Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end and back-end code.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize Applications : Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement Security Measures : Incorporate security best practices to safeguard applications and data.
- Debug and Troubleshoot : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Stay Current with Technology Trends : Continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience :
- 3+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Strong experience with ReactJS and its core principles.
- Proficiency in Python and the Flask framework.
- Technical Skills :
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate with them.
- Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
- Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications is a plus.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
