Fullstack Developer (JavaScript)

Salary: Rp 7.500.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack Web Development.

• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and strong understanding of TypeScript.

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.

• Strong frontend development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API development, API integration, and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in database design, optimization, and management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experienced in implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code principles, and SOLID principles.

• Experienced with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.

• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

• Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, scalability, and troubleshooting.

• Experienced in writing unit tests, integration tests, and maintaining code quality.

• Able to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to other developers.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack web applications.

• Build and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.

• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-performance code.

• Design and optimize database structures and queries.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.

• Participate in system architecture planning and technical decision-making.

• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or NestJS.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.

• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or other caching and message queue technologies.

• Experience with AWS services, serverless architecture, or cloud infrastructure.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience handling high-traffic applications and large-scale systems.
