Fullstack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production-grade applications, designing scalable systems, integrating third-party APIs, and solving complex technical problems.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of system design, data structures and algorithms (DSA), database optimization, API design, and application security. Experience working on marketplaces, booking platforms, e-commerce, or other transaction-driven applications will be an advantage.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional software development experience with strong frontend and backend development skills.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js.

Experience designing and developing production-grade REST APIs.

Strong understanding of frontend architecture, backend architecture, and databasedesign.

Good knowledge of system design, scalability, performance optimization, andapplication security.

Strong DSA fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and handling webhooks.

Experience with authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure applicationdevelopment.

Knowledge of real-time communication using WebSockets or Socket.IO.

Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

Ability to independently own complex features and troubleshoot production issues.

Good to Have

Experience building home-services marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, booking systems, or on-demand service applications.

Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and managed databaseservices.

Experience with Redis, message queues, caching, and background job processing.

Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.

Experience with payment gateways, push notifications, maps, location services, andcommunication APIs.

Experience with monitoring, logging, performance profiling, and production incidentmanagement.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.
