FullStack Developer Lead

We're looking for a skilled FullStack Engineer to join our Development team. In this role, you'll develop and own monetization features that enhance player experience while driving our platform's revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire the team to deliverables and add new features, using React and Node.js to craft seamless and visually stunning gaming experiences.
• Set and uphold rigorous standards and best practices
• Drive the team toward success by delivering high quality features.
• Conduct thorough testing of all developments
• Work collaboratively with the QA team to quickly identify and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with data, design and product teams to develop, refine, and enhance user interfaces, animations, and interactive features, ensuring a cohesive and immersive user experience.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on full stack development experience, with a strong proficiency using React and Node.js.
• Team Leadership: At least 2 years in a leadership role within an engineering team, proven ability to manage and mentor effectively set high standards and cross functional collaboration such as product, design, data and other engineering groups.
• Experience using databases: PostgreSQL and Redis
• Proficient in managing services across AWS and/or GCP.
• Startup Mentality: Demonstrates a resilient character and a strong work ethic.

Advantages:

• Extensive experience and knowledge in building applications using Typescript and Nest.js.
• Familiarity with messaging protocols for asynchronous communication between services.
• Gaming Sector Background: Previous involvement with a gaming company or significant experience managing B2C platforms with high user loads.
