Join us and contribute to digital sovereignty in Europe. With us, you will work at the intersection of agility and security: You will benefit from fast decision-making processes, enjoy genuine creative freedom in your projects, and be able to build upon the stable foundation of the Schwarz Group.
Your Tasks
- End-to-End Feature Development: Own and deliver features from business logic and backend endpoints to responsive mobile user interfaces.
- Mobile Architecture & Development: Build and evolve screens and user flows in React Native using TypeScript, ensuring clean architecture, and solid performance across devices.
- API & Service Design: Design and build, and maintain RESTful APIs and decoupled services in .NET (C#), establishing reliable integration contracts and robust throughput.
- Shift-Left Culture & Quality: Own code quality across both layers. Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests, ensuring software reaches production with maximum stability and confidence.
- Direct Collaboration with Discovery: Partner directly with our Product Designer and Product Data Analyst without relying on managers as bridges.
- Continuous Delivery & Vertical Slicing: Break down complex epics into small, functional slices supported by feature flags, maintaining a steady, predictable delivery pace across parallel products.
- Constructive Conflict & Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews across frontend and backend, providing constructive, rigorous, and empathetic technical feedback.
Your Profile
- Solid Experience with React Native & TypeScript: At least 3 - 4 years designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Backend & API Development Expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services, preferably in C# / .NET.
- Automated Testing Across the Stack: Practical experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, xUnit/NUnit).
- Technical Pragmatism (KISS / YAGNI): Balanced judgment between clean, extensible architecture and delivering fast, iterative business value without over-engineering.
- Assertive Technical Communication: Ability to articulate technical decisions with data, defend estimations constructively, and participate comfortably in technical debates
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment environments.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
- Hands-on experience working with shared design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
- Understanding of observability, tracing, and metric visualization (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Practical familiarity with Xcode and Android Studio, a clear understanding of the native bridge / NitroModules, and native integration.
We look forward to receiving your application.
