Fullstack Developer - Non Profit Organization

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, social-impact projects, education, agriculture, livelihoods.
• Exposure to Python, JavaScript frameworks, PHP, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms, or AI-enabled integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
• Build APIs, forms, dashboards, user management features, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), application releases, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, product teams, and programme stakeholders to develop application features based on defined requirements.
• Maintain clean, reusable code, technical documentation, version control, and configuration records.
• Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
