Fullstack Developer
Summary
Fullstack Developer building end-to-end web applications with C#/.NET Core backend services and Next.js/React + TypeScript frontends, integrating PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and enterprise systems. Day to day includes API development, testing, code reviews, and collaborating with POs, architects, and QA in an Indonesia-based team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using C#/.NET Core, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Build backend services, REST APIs, business logic, database operations, and reusable UI components.
Integrate applications with PostgreSQL, authentication services, workflow engines, and enterprise systems.
Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Product Owners, BPA, UI/UX, architects, QA, and other developers.
Contribute to technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Min 4–5 years of full-stack development experience with strong hands‑on skills in C#/.NET Core and React/Next.js.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OOP, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
Understanding of API security, authentication, automated testing, and application architecture.
Exposure to microservices, Golang, Temporal, Drools, ETL, Docker, and CI/CD is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP integration and HRIS processes is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and English skills.
