Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a mid-level Software Development Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Jakarta, Indonesia . This role involves bug fixing, software development, and solution delivery, while also leading and managing a team of 1-2 programmers.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying, prioritizing, and executing development tasks

Overseeing software quality through rigorous testing and adherence to requirements

Mentoring and guiding a team of programmers to ensure efficient workflows and best coding practices

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives

Development inhouse software system

Qualifications

Bs Degree in IT or related fields

Experience minimum 5 years

Proficiency in Computer Science and Software Development

Strong Back-End Web Development capabilities

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Experience in managing and mentoring a team of 4-5 programmers , ensuring collaboration and efficiency
