- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer with React.
- Experience with object-oriented software development in Java.
- Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI and concepts such as JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
- Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with code testing and quality assurance practices.
- Good communication skills in English and Polish and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Communication skills in German is a plus.
