About the role

Fullstack Developer (SaaS | Angular | AI-enabled)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our Software Factory team and contribute to the development and evolution of our SaaS platform.

You will work end-to-end: from building interfaces with Angular to developing scalable backend services in Python, collaborating closely with Product, UX, and the rest of the technical team.

What you'll do

What you will work on day to day

Backend

APIs, business logic, and service quality.

Experience building scalable and well-versioned REST APIs.

Python + Django / DRF, with a focus on structure and maintainability.

Data modeling: SQL (primary) and basic NoSQL knowledge when applicable.

Good practices: clean code, testing (unit/integration), and PR reviews.

Frontend

Product, UI, and user experience.

Angular with judgment: components, modules, routing, and good practices.

TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and a consistent styling approach.

Consuming REST APIs, managing asynchronous states, and performance.

Attention to accessibility and visual details (clean and predictable UI).

Infrastructure and environment

Deployment, stability, and smooth delivery cycles.

Docker and containerized environments for development and deployment.

Basic cloud knowledge (AWS) and common SaaS patterns.

CI/CD and a culture of small, measurable, and reversible releases.

AI in development

Speed, quality, and judgment to validate outputs.

Regular use of assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) with a practical approach.

Accelerate debugging, refactoring, and documentation without sacrificing quality.

Critical thinking: validate, test, and decide when not to use AI.

What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for a profile with 3-5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with experience in SaaS environments, a solid backend foundation, and mastery of the modern frontend stack, especially Angular. We especially value candidates who already integrate AI tools into their daily work to improve productivity and code quality.

We are looking for a fullstack person with technical judgment, product focus, and good practices. Here is the reference framework (must-have + plus).
