We develop projects in-house for our own customers, and we also partner with large external companies to build and manage their software projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong C# skills and hands-on experience building AI agents. Youll work closely with our Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, and QA Engineer to turn client requirements into reliable web applications, from new builds to ongoing development and maintenance.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain web applications with React front ends and C#/.NET back ends
• Build and refine AI agents, including writing and optimizing prompts for reliable results
• Use AI tools every day to write, review, and test code faster and better
• Work with the Project Manager to understand requirements, estimate tasks, and meet deadlines
• Turn designs from our UI/UX Designer into clean, responsive React interfaces
• Work with QA to fix bugs and keep code quality high
• Take part in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and client meetings
• Write clear documentation and report progress proactively

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong C# and .NET experience (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework)
• Full stack experience, including front-end development and relational databases such as SQL Server
• Experience developing AI agents, including prompt engineering
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum workflows
• Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll communicate directly with our US team and clients
• Able to work 9 hours a day, Monday to Friday, on US Eastern Time (EST)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

• Strong React experience
• Experience integrating AI services and APIs into production applications
• Experience working with US or international clients
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
