Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
- Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda
- Implement API layers using AWS API Gateway
- Design event‑driven workflows using AWS EventBridge
- Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, IAM roles, HTTPS, rate limiting
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest or Vitest
- Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability
- Integrate services with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Support production systems and handle incident resolution when required
