Fullstack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 4+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Architect and implement robust backend services using Node.js.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design APIs and microservices that support distributed and highly available systems.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong understanding of System Design principles and patterns.
• Experience building and operating Distributed Systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Exposure to observability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
