A combined fullstack developer and sysadmin role: build and maintain web applications end to end (front-end frameworks, back-end services, RESTful APIs) while also administering Ubuntu production servers — configuring Nginx/Apache, hardening security, monitoring, backups, and deploying via Docker and Git.
- Develop, maintain, and improve web applications across front-end and back-end components.
- Design and develop scalable services, database structures, and RESTful APIs.
- Build integrations with third-party platforms, business partners, and external services.
- Manage application deployment and production environments.
- Manage, monitor, maintain, and secure Ubuntu-based server infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize Nginx or Apache web servers.
- Implement server security measures, including SSH access, firewall configuration, SSL/TLS, and access control.
- Monitor application and server performance to ensure stability, reliability, and scalability.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, including downtime, slow performance, failed integrations, and application errors.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
- Manage routine database backups, transaction logs, and recovery procedures.
- Optimize application performance and support high-availability requirements.
- Maintain source code through GitHub or GitLab and follow proper version-control practices.
- Coordinate with Product, Project Management, Business Development, and other internal teams regarding technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, deployment processes, and server configurations.
- Support production releases, system updates, bug fixes, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure developed solutions meet business, security, performance, and operational requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Software Developer, or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Experienced in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Experienced with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience managing Ubuntu-based servers.
- Experienced in configuring and optimizing Nginx or Apache.
- Good understanding of server security, including SSH, UFW, SSL/TLS, access control, and security hardening.
- Experienced in application deployment using Docker, Linux CLI, and version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Familiar with application monitoring, server logging, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Able to troubleshoot application errors, server downtime, database issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and technical communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal technical and business teams.
