Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and React to build scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations.

Cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or cloud-security experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance React components.
• Develop secure and scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure access controls.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external platforms.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, and production issues.
• Perform code reviews and follow Git-based development practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Security teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployments, performance optimization, and application security.
• Own features end-to-end from development to production.

Required Technical Skills

• Node.js

• SQL and/or NoSQL databases - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

• Authentication & authorization - JWT, OAuth, RBAC

• Basic Docker and CI/CD knowledge
• Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, and performance optimization
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices

• 35+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong production experience with Node.js + TypeScript + React.
• Experience building and deploying SaaS or enterprise applications.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Cybersecurity / GRC / compliance / cloud-security experience.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
• Microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS.
• Docker/Kubernetes.
• Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks.
• AI/LLM application development and integrations.
• Security tools, cloud APIs, or cybersecurity platform integrations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience with strong technical expertise will be considered.
