About the role
Novanet is a specialised technology consultancy with deep expertise in .NET, architecture and advisory services. You will work with experienced colleagues and recognised Norwegian customers on complex technology challenges.
What you will do- Develop modern backend and full-stack solutions with .NET, C# and React
- Advise customers on architecture, technology choices and delivery
- Work with Azure, DevOps pipelines and modern engineering practices
- Take responsibility in customer-facing teams
- Contribute actively to knowledge sharing
- At least three to four years of professional development experience
- Strong .NET and C# skills
- Experience with Azure, DevOps and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Commercial understanding and confidence in customer dialogue
- Motivation to learn Norwegian over time
- A highly experienced .NET environment
- Employee ownership and dedicated development budgets
- Five weeks of vacation, 6% pension and strong insurance coverage
- Total compensation typically around 1–1.2 MNOK
- Hybrid working with normally one to two office days per week
