We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for a global technology client. You will join a lean team of about six people across Singapore and the US. The team builds internal tools and automation that support the client's e-commerce and web content management platforms. You will help replace manual processes with scalable automated tools and find new opportunities for automation. The role suits a developer who communicates clearly and enjoys fast-paced, varied work.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, build and maintain internal web applications using Angular (front end) and NestJS (back end)
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for internal content and e-commerce tools
Automation and Process Improvement
- Replace manual workflows, such as spreadsheets and ad hoc scripts, with automated solutions
- Assess existing processes and propose new tools that can be built or automated
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders in Singapore and other regions to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Manage several workstreams at once and prioritise effectively
- Explain technical approaches and trade-offs clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript
- Experience building back-end services with NestJS or a similar Node.js framework
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience building internal tools, automation or content management solutions
- Background in technology or product-driven environments with end-to-end ownership of solutions
