Fullstack Developer

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, with hands‑on experience in fullstack engineering.
• Strong backend development skills using Go, Java, and/or Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend development experience using Next.js and/or Angular.
• Proven experience designing or developing applications based on microservices architecture.
• Previous experience in the fintech industry, preferably involving financial platforms, payment systems, digital transactions, or other financial technology solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, database integration, application security, system performance, and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic technology environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing high‑availability, scalable, and transaction‑intensive applications.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event‑driven architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with automated testing, application monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Go, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive, high‑performance user interfaces using Next.js and/or Angular.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices architecture to support scalable and modular applications.
• Integrate message brokers and asynchronous communication mechanisms to ensure reliable inter‑service communication.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery, deployment, and release management.
• Utilize containerization technologies to support consistent development, testing, and production environments.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
